Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is an integrative, personalized treatment that combines different specialized techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore the body’s balance. The work is performed at the muscular, joint, neurological, and fascial level, seeking the root cause of discomfort and not only the symptom.

Each session is tailored to the person’s real needs and integrates one or more of the following techniques.

Clavitherapy (Klawiterapia)

A technique that precisely stimulates neural and reflex points using specific instruments. It helps reduce pain, improve neuromotor communication, and unblock areas of deep tension, promoting a rapid response from the nervous system.

Myofascial Therapy

Deep work on the fascia and muscle tissue to release restrictions and improve mobility. It is especially indicated in cases such as carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow (epicondylitis), where it helps reduce nerve compression and restore movement function.

Cupping

Application of cups using negative pressure that generates an intense activation of blood and lymphatic circulation. This process promotes tissue oxygenation, stimulates the body’s natural repair mechanisms, and supports the immune system. It is useful both for musculoskeletal tension and for inflammatory and respiratory processes.

Visceral Therapy

Gentle mobilization of the internal organs to improve their function and release reflex tensions that can manifest in the back, pelvis, diaphragm, and emotions.

Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Treatment

A specific approach to the jaw to relieve tension that can cause headaches, neck pain, bruxism, or cervical discomfort.
